The Q-Service Truck network is changing: new brand and new partners
2024-04-09

Founded in 1999 in Poland, the Q-Service Truck network brings together service centers that provide maintenance and repair services for trucks, trailers, and buses.
In Lithuania, the network was launched in 2014 by Inter Cars, the country’s largest importer and distributor of spare parts for passenger cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles. This year, the Q-Service Truck network in Lithuania is celebrating its tenth anniversary and already has seventeen members, with an eighteenth expected to join soon.
As Marius Petronis, Head of the Truck Parts Department at Inter Cars Lithuania, noted, this number is truly impressive compared to other European countries. For example, in much larger Poland, there are 91 Q-Service Truck service centers, while in other EU countries, the network includes 162 service centers.
"In 2023, the Q-Service Truck brand began undergoing changes across Europe. In Lithuania, some service centers have already been updated, and others will follow soon.
At first glance, the brand change may seem mainly visual, but that is not the case. Our network has long collaborated with manufacturers and suppliers, and this year the number of partners will grow significantly," explained M. Petronis.
Q-Service Truck network members must meet several requirements. The most important are reliability, punctuality, and high service quality. However, service centers that meet these standards and join the network also gain additional services and benefits from Inter Cars and its partners.
These service centers use high-quality parts from well-regarded manufacturers for vehicle maintenance and repairs and offer competitive pricing. Repair costs are calculated transparently, based on fairness principles.
"Network members receive special offers from our suppliers for purchasing service equipment. We can offer one of the widest ranges of commercial vehicle parts on the market. Special promotions are run within the Q-Service Truck network, giving members various benefits.
It is also very important that technical information from manufacturers and suppliers reaches network members much faster than individual service centers, which can only access it through traditional channels," highlighted Marius Petronis, Head of the Truck Parts Department at Inter Cars Lithuania.
M. Petronis emphasized another advantage of network membership: although members compete with each other, they also share knowledge and experience.
In Lithuania, which is one of the European leaders in international road freight transport, companies in this sector are among the main clients of the Q-Service Truck network. In addition, local passenger transport companies actively use the services of these service centers.
