Our training courses are held on-site or online. Work clothes
We offer all repair shops that are part of our network the option of complete rental of work clothes together with service. The clothes are cleaned in a professional laundry, and each service has the opportunity to prepare clothes with the individual logo of their workshop. Workshop clothing with the Q-Service Truck logo is also available in stock, which the workshop can purchase for its employees or receive from Inter Cars as part of promotional campaigns.
Special dedicated promotions
Another point that differentiates us from others is our attractive promotional campaigns exclusively for affiliated repair shops. Participants are guaranteed interesting rewards after completing the required plans. Every three months, service stations participate in quarterly promotions created exclusively for them, and compete in additional campaigns that are only available for the Q-Service Truck chain. Cooperation with partners in the chain such as: Bosch, Castrol, MANN, Prometeon and ZF is a guarantee for the continuity of promotional campaigns.
Legal aid
We are well aware of the problems that entrepreneurs who run a repair shop face on a daily basis. Do you have problems with an unreliable contractor? Does the customer request repair or exchange of goods or does he wish to terminate the concluded contract? Does he not want to pay for a service rendered or perhaps requires compensation? Vehicle fleet repairs
As part of the truck repair program, we forward service orders to workshops that cooperate with Inter Cars. Inter Cars is the payer of these orders, which are guaranteed for the repair shop. in return we expect reliable work, communication with us through the system and help if problems arise. Bio service
Bio service, or Bio Service, is a program implemented by the Inter Cars company and deals with the management and disposal of repair shop waste. This means that we deal with all the waste generated in the workshop, and to this end we simplify the documentation. In addition to helping with waste separation, we also offer advice and assistance with waste removal.

Providing the necessary equipment
We strive to ensure that all repair shops in the chain provide the same high-quality service. We require them to have the tools necessary to carry out repairs. A list of tools is available to our candidates. If the candidate does not have everything from the list, he has time to complete the offer during the period specified in the letter of intent. By shopping at Inter Cars, he can get it completely free of charge, by fulfilling the contractual obligations that will enable him to repay the costs for the tool or devices.
Adequate range of services
The range of services to be performed by the workshop connected in the chain is defined. This ensures that the customer can take advantage of a wide range of comparably wide range of services in every Q-Service Truck repair shop. Of course, we also help you obtain new qualifications and permits that meet our requirements.
Openness to cooperation

The use of specialized workshop management software is standard for optimizing workshop operations, including managing the customer base or recording services performed. We recommend the eSowa program, which we launched on the market at our own expense, so we can provide full technical support.
Guarantees
The warranty for services performed and repairs due to service complaints made by another repair shop in the Q-Service Truck chain is a standard that results from an appropriate approach to customers and the business decision made by the repair shop upon joining the chain.
