Service stations in our network repair vehicles of various brands, but many of them have special licenses issued by certain car manufacturers. We offer all the services belonging to our network the opportunity to rent work clothes in full, integrated with the service. The clothes are cleaned in a professional laundromat, and every service has the opportunity to make clothes with the unique logo of their garage. Workshop clothing with the Q-Service Truck logo is also available from stock, which can be purchased by a workshop itself for its employees or from Inter Cars during promotional campaigns.

Another point that sets us apart from the rest is our attractive promotional campaigns exclusively for partner services. We guarantee participants exciting rewards after the necessary plans are implemented. Service stations also participate in quarterly promotions created exclusively for them every three months and compete in additional campaigns available only to the Q-Service Truck chain. Fleet repair
Through the truck repair program, we forward the service orders to the service stations cooperating with Inter Cars. We, Inter Cars, are the payers for these orders. For the service, they mean security - in return, we expect reliable work and communication through the system from them - and we are there to help if any problems arise. Of course, when placing an order, the first decision is to choose a service chain.
Bio Service
The Bio service is a program implemented by Inter Cars that deals with the management and disposal of garage waste in a holistic way. This means that we deal with all the waste generated in the garage and simplify the associated paperwork to the necessary minimum. In addition to assistance in the sorting of waste, we also provide advice and assistance in the destruction of waste.

Is my service up to par?
We are committed to ensuring that all garages in the chain are of equal, high quality. We require that they have the tools to carry out the repairs. A list of these tools is available to candidates. If a candidate does not have everything, he has time during the letter of intent period to supplement the offer. By making a purchase at Inter Cars, you can get them completely free of charge by fulfilling the contractual obligations that allow you to repay the costs of the devices.
Adequate range of services
We define the range of services to be performed by the garage participating in the chain. All this is so that the customer can use a wide range of services at a similar level in every Q-Service Truck garage. Of course, we also help you obtain new qualifications and licenses to meet our requirements.
Openness to cooperation
We are looking for service centers that want to identify with Q-Service Truck and work closely with other members of the organization. We are committed to effective communication and a good atmosphere. One of the many channels of communication within the network is a closed Facebook group to which all Q-Service Truck members belong. We also organize regular meetings. Meeting attendance is the key to membership in the Q-Service Truck network.
Manufacturer's licenses
It is a prerequisite of our organization that the garage must have at least three manufacturer licenses from component or vehicle manufacturers, including one for pneumatic components. We will assist in obtaining such permits, but the garage must demonstrate its willingness to do so.
Software
In order to optimize the operation of the garage, the use of specialized garage management software is mandatory, including the management of the customer base or the record of the services provided. We recommend the eSowa program. We launched this on the market at our own expense, so we can provide full technical support.
Availability of the necessary equipment
The guarantee for the services provided and the repairs resulting from complaints related to the services provided by another garage is the result of proper customer management and the business decision made when the garage joined the chain.
Infrastructure for customers in service stations
The 21st century garages we work with in our network must have a customer service office, a waiting room and social facilities, including toilets. We pay a lot of attention to this.
Have liability insurance
To join the Q-Service Truck Chain, the garage must have valid third-party insurance for its business activities during the contract period.
Proper branding for your garage
Visual identification of the location of the garage in accordance with contractual requirements. The Q-Service Truck logo must be placed in a clearly visible location. The aesthetics of the facility and respect for customer values are important.
Active cooperation with Inter Cars
Maintaining active commercial cooperation with Inter Cars, paying particular attention to the chain's strategic partners. This is important because we invite our business partners into the chain. This ensures that the garage receives the right level of logistical support.

A list of these tools is available to our candidates. If the candidate doesn't have everything they need, they have time during the intent period to complete the offer.
