And by buying the equipment from Inter Cars - they get it completely free of charge, fulfilling the contractual obligations that allow to pay the costs of the equipment.

We define the list of services that the network member must provide. This is all to ensure that the customer can enjoy a wide range of services performed at a consistently high level in every Q-Service Truck workshop. Of course, we also help with the acquisition of new qualifications and licenses to meet our requirements.

We are interested in workshops that want to associate themselves with Q-Service Truck and work closely with other members of the organization. Smooth communication and a good atmosphere are important to us. One of the ways of communication in our network is a closed Facebook group where all Q-Service Truck members belong. We also organize periodic meetings. Attending these is key to becoming a member of the Q-Service Truck network.

A prerequisite for our organization is to have at least three manufacturer authorizations from component or vehicle manufacturers, including one in pneumatics. We help in obtaining such authorizations if the workshop has shown the initiative to acquire it.

The guarantee of services and repairs arising from the claims made for the services provided in the Q-Service Truck chain is a standard arising from the appropriate customer relationship and the business decision of the workshop when they join the Chain.

The modern workshops that we join our Network should have customer service rooms, a waiting area and social rooms with toilets. We pay a lot of attention to it.

A workshop that wants to be part of the Q-Service Truck Chain must have valid third-party insurance for its business during the contract period.
