Truck industry specialists urgently needed!

Choosing the direction of one's professional future is one of the most important and at the same time most difficult decisions in a young person's life. Meetings with professionals provide a unique opportunity to work out one's own thoughts and analyse options for further education. Inter Cars SA, together with the local company Turbańscy Sp. z o.o., which has concurrent graduates of the aforementioned school in its staff, came up with an initiative to support young people in choosing their further development path.

Specialists in the truck industry talked about the specifics of the garage work, manufacturers, branches and many other locations that could be future workplaces for those specialising in the field. The students found out what prospects and salaries await them, as well as what competences are expected by employers. Additional attractions for each student included competitions with prizes, a VR Cinema screening and the opportunity to see Ford Trucks' flagship vehicle, the Ford F-MAX.

Turbańscy Sp. z o.o., having its registered office in Głuchów, is an authorised Ford Trucks service centre and deals with, among others, servicing of trucks, services for agriculture, warehousing and international transport. As a local and family-owned company, located almost 3 km from Pogorzela, it is an ideal example for young people and offers special opportunities to develop future experts in the truck market as a potential employer.
